III. Pre-Meeting Value

What if I’m not sure whether I’ll find suitable partners at the Meeting?

www.europlx.com displays a list of Registered Companies which is updated on an ongoing basis. If your interest is focused on a very narrow therapeutic area or technology only, you may contact us and we'll check the available data for matching interests.


As a registrant, how do I know what the other companies offer or look for?


Prior to the meeting all registered companies provide non-confidential information on the licensing and marketing arrangements which they seek, i.e. what they offer and/or what they look for. Registrants of a meeting can access these “Other Delegates' Interests” through their own accounts.


As a registrant, how can I access the "Other Delegates' Interests"?

Registrants log in to the euroPLX Community with their access data, click on the respective euroPLX Meeting where they will find the navigation item "Other Delegates' Interests" provided that they are registered for this particular meeting.

An "Other Delegates' Interests" item can be marked if you find it interesting. Later on, when you request your appointments, you have the option of displaying only marked companies for easier selection.


How can I choose my meeting partners?


Shortly after the registration deadline (about two weeks prior to the Meeting) each registrant will be notified that the "MyAppointments Request" tool is online in the respective Meeting section and visible for those who have logged in and are registered for this meeting.

You are asked to choose possible meeting partners from this list. Your and the other registrants’ selections will form the basis for your individual appointment schedule which will be set up and supplied by RauCon.


When will I really know my scheduled appointments?


On the Friday (latest) prior to the Meeting you will be notified by e-mail that your individual PDF schedule is ready for downloading in your log-in area, in the respective meeting section, navigation item "mySchedule".


Can I contact my meeting partners before I meet them?


Yes. A well-organised partnering event provides registrants with the opportunity to interact with others long before the event, while the conference itself is only the culminating point of the participants’ interaction. This is why euroPLX provides registrants with an email contact tool to communicate with the other registrants right after the registration deadline (i.e. when the audience is complete).

The contact tool is provided in the "Other Delegates' Interests" area.

In the “myAppointments Request” area registrants will find the list of companies who have requested an appointment. If in doubt whether the request is justified on the basis of the own collaboration interests, registrants can ask the requesting company for verification by clicking the link “Contact Requesting Delegate” and by choosing from a number of pre-formulated emails.


What about accommodation and travel costs?


Delegates are responsible for their own accommodation and travel costs. However, our hotel partners usually offer preferential rates until a cut-off date approx. 3-4 weeks before the event as specified in the "Registration Fee and Conditions" of each euroPLX Meeting.
