Celebrating its 20th anniversary year, euroPLX concluded its 59th pharma partnering event today in the prestigious Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens, Greece. Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies from 35 countries discussed mutual business opportunities.
On average, each company had 22 pre-arranged one-on-one meetings. Pain management was a clear therapeutic focus of the partnering opportunities offered, followed by gastroenterological, cardiovascular, and neurological disorders. Prescription drugs for hospitals and practitioners received the highest interest, followed by OTC products and medical devices.
